RTD Talent Solutions is currently representing a client in the physical security and safe and vault solutions industry that is seeking a Client Facing Dispatcher (Service) for their operations in Doral, Florida.
Our client specializes in high security safe and vault solutions and supports a national client base that includes luxury retailers, financial institutions, and high value asset environments. The organization operates with a strong emphasis on precision, discretion, and service execution across multiple markets, managing a distributed technician network and time sensitive service requests.
As Client Facing Dispatcher (Service), you would be responsible for managing inbound service requests, coordinating nationwide technician dispatch, and ensuring a high level of client communication and service delivery across all active jobs.
Key Job Duties, among others:
- Manage inbound service requests via phone, email, and service platforms, ensuring accurate intake and documentation
- Dispatch and coordinate technicians across multiple markets based on skill set, availability, and urgency
- Perform initial troubleshooting with clients to assess service needs prior to dispatch
- Maintain real time tracking of open jobs, status updates, and service timelines
- Communicate directly with clients to set expectations, provide updates, and confirm job completion
- Coordinate across time zones to meet service level expectations and deadlines
- Maintain accurate records within CRM or field service systems including job details and technician activity
- Support billing workflows by flagging completed jobs and relevant service details
Qualifications:
- 2 plus years of experience in dispatch, service coordination, logistics, or customer service environments
- Strong communication skills with ability to manage client facing interactions professionally
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and active workstreams simultaneously
- Experience working with CRM or service management systems preferred
- Ability to operate under pressure in time sensitive service environments
- Bilingual English and Spanish preferred but not required
