Position Summary:The Dispatcher at Marmic Fire & Safety is responsible for overseeing all scheduling and dispatch-related activities for a team of Technicians within a specific geography. The role includes implementation of operational best practices and Standard Operating Procedures relating to appointment creation and job scheduling. The Dispatcher will be expected to work directly with Customers to determine acceptable schedules for outstanding work, and assign Technicians appropriately according to their skills and territory.
