Diligence Security Group is seeking a detail-oriented and highly responsive Dispatcher to coordinate communication between our security teams, clients, and operations staff. If you have strong verbal skills, can remain calm under pressure, and thrive in fast-paced environments, this position may be a great fit for you. Key Responsibilities: - Dispatch field personnel across multiple sites using radio and digital communication tools
- Receive and assess incoming calls and alerts; prioritize response to incidents
- Track guard locations and status using GPS and scheduling tools
- Document incidents, officer updates, and daily activities accurately
- Conduct wellness and status checks on guards throughout the shift
- Support leadership with real-time site updates and communications
Required Qualifications: - Valid BSIS Guard Card (REQUIRED)
- CPR/AED Certification (Preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience in security, law enforcement, EMS, or dispatch
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in high-pressure situations
- Familiarity with dispatch or scheduling software (e.g., CAD, Deputy)
Education and Background: - High school diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)
- Associate’s degree or higher in Criminal Justice, Emergency Management, Communications, or related field (PREFERRED)
- Prior security, EMS, or public safety dispatch experience strongly preferred
Physical Requirements: - Ability to sit for extended periods using radio, phone, and computer systems
- Must remain alert and responsive throughout shift
