As a Office Administration and Scheduler, you'll play a vital role in coordinating service calls and delivering excellent customer service. You'll work closely with the plumbing team to ensure smooth workflows and efficient service delivery.

What You'll Do
As an Office Administration and Scheduler, you will be responsible for:
  • Dispatching and scheduling service technicians for residential and commercial plumbing calls.
  • Managing high-volume inbound calls and coordinating emergency plumbing requests promptly.
  • Providing general office administration support to keep daily operations organized and efficient.
  • Assisting with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Communicating with customers to provide updates on technician arrival times and service progress.
  • Maintaining digital records of service tickets, ensuring proper reconciliation and documentation.

What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Proven dispatching experience, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Strong office administration skills with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Knowledge of AP and AR processes (preferred) to support billing and financial documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional, team-oriented attitude.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort with office software and scheduling systems; tech-savvy mindset is a plus.
