Our continued success is built on hiring great people, investing in training, and creating long-term careers-not just jobs.If you're an organized problem-solver who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and making a direct impact on customer satisfaction, we'd love to have you join our team.The OpportunityAs a Service Dispatcher, you'll play a critical role in our daily operations by coordinating service calls and matching the right technician to the right job at the right time.This position requires excellent communication, sound decision-making, and the ability to balance changing priorities while delivering an outstanding experience for both customers and technicians.What You'll DoEvaluate incoming service calls and prioritize work based on urgency.Dispatch the appropriate technician for each service call.Communicate accurate job information to field technicians.Monitor technician progress and adjust schedules throughout the day.Keep customers informed with timely updates regarding technician arrival and job status.Record, document, and manage service calls accurately.Assist in training and mentoring new dispatch team members.Work closely with Customer Service Representatives, technicians, and leadership to maximize efficiency.Participate in ongoing training and professional development.Support continuous improvement of dispatch operations and customer experience.What We're Looking ForPrevious dispatching experience preferred, ideally within the HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services industry.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to prioritize changing workloads in a fast-paced environment.High attention to detail.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Professional phone and computer skills.Experience with ServiceTitan or similar dispatch software is a plus.Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.Why Join Peaden?We believe our employees are our greatest investment.
