Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, vision insurance and paid time off.What You Will Do:Schedule and dispatch drivers for deliveries, services, emergency calls, and pickups across all service areas.Create, update, and communicate daily route plans based on customer needs, jobsite changes, and service priorities.Coordinate with sales and operations to schedule new rentals, removals, and special requests.Monitor inventory to ensure availability.Log service notes and route updates accurately for billing and quality control.Maintain clear communication between customers, drivers, and management throughout the day.You'll Know You're a Good Fit for This Position If You Have:1-2 years dispatch or scheduling experience, preferredStrong communication and customer-service skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environmentReliable and consistent attendance (critical for operational flow)Proficiency with scheduling systems, maps, and route planning toolsTeam-oriented mindsetProblem-solving ability and quick decision-makingBilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
