Responsibilities:
- Schedule and dispatch technicians to customer sites based on priority, location, and technician availability
- Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates on technician arrival times
- Maintain accurate records of all dispatched jobs, permits, and customer interactions
- Coordinate with local municipalities and agencies to ensure compliance with regulations
- Provide administrative support as needed to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Prior experience in dispatching or coordinating in a similar industry is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Physical Demands:
- Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the time
