You'll coordinate commercial and roll off service requests, dispatch work orders, troubleshoot service issues, and help keep daily operations running smoothly. + Pay Range: $18.50–$19.50 per hour (based on experience)
+ Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

What You'll Do:
+ Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls, emails, and inquiries regarding service requests, account changes, billing questions, and service issues.
+ Establish, update, and cancel customer accounts, process payments, maintain accurate records, and perform data entry within company systems.
+ Schedule, dispatch, route, and reroute work orders to drivers based on operational needs and customer requirements.
+ Investigate missed pickups and coordinate timely service recovery to ensure customer satisfaction.
+ Communicate with drivers, supervisors, and other departments to resolve operational issues and ensure efficient service delivery.
+ Utilize dispatch, routing, and customer management software to monitor daily operations, manage work orders, and meet time sensitive deadlines.
Qualifications:
+ Previous dispatch, customer service, transportation, logistics, or waste industry experience preferred.
+ Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and email systems preferred
+ Strong typing and 10-key skills required
+ Excellent organizational and communication abilities
+ Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports
