What you'll do
· Answer inbound calls and deliver friendly, professional service
· Schedule and dispatch plumbing and HVAC technicians
· Keep job details accurate and up to date in our system
· Data entry work including requesting permits, warranties and rebates.
What you bring
· 1+ year in dispatch, admin, or customer service
· Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
· Organized, calm under pressure, and able to shift gears quickly
· Home service or HVAC/plumbing experience is a plus, not required.
