An organization is seeking a highly motivated, sales-oriented Dispatcher to oversee and coordinate a fleet of 40-70 drivers in a fast-paced, revenue-driven operational environment. Employment Details

  • Compensation: Approximately $25/hour (flexible based on experience and qualifications)
  • Employment Type: Temporary-to-hire
  • Openings:
    • 1 immediate opening
    • Potential additional opening for weekend coverage
  • Reason for Opening: Backfill due to internal promotion
  • Incentives: Performance-based bonus potential

Schedule & Work Hours

  • Shift assigned based on territory and time zone coverage
  • Typical Shift: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Training Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Early start times required to support East Coast operations
  • Weekend Coverage Options:
    • Sunday-Wednesday schedules
    • Rotating Saturday shifts (hybrid models available)

  • Balance operational demands with a strong focus on performance metrics
  • Adapt communication strategies based on regional and individual driver dynamics
