Shift Schedule
This is a 1st‑shift position, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
Call & Email Intake - Receive, record, and manage all incoming communication with accuracy and professionalism.
Customer Response Management - Provide fast, accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone and email.
Driver & Truck Dispatching - Schedule and dispatch drivers to appropriate locations based on customer needs and load requirements.
Route & Load Coordination - Determine the most efficient delivery routes and load assignments to support cost‑effective operations.
Driver Communication - Ensure drivers are informed of customer hours, load details, and any special instructions.
Log Monitoring - Monitor driver daily logs and maintain familiarity with DOT Hours of Service regulations.
