Dispatcher Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming service calls and provide top-tier customer service.
• Schedule and monitor technician service appointments to ensure timely service delivery.
• Dispatch service technicians according to their schedules.
• Manage customer accounts and ensure satisfaction with our services.
• Resolve customer issues in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.

Dispatcher Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer service experience with a strong ability to interact with diverse customers.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Ability to reliably commute to Sterling, VA (or willingness to relocate).
