Job description
The Dispatcher plays a key role in coordinating the daily schedules and routing of Service Technicians to support efficient field operations and exceptional customer service. This position is also responsible for receiving incoming service and repair calls, gathering customer information, and ensuring requests are properly scheduled and dispatched in a timely manner.
Qualified candidates should have previous dispatching experience in the commercial plumbing, electrical, or HVAC industries, along with strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment while effectively managing multiple priorities.Weekends/Evening
