Dispatcher

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team at Bruna’s Cleaning Service. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling cleaning services for our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries
• 
  
• Schedule cleaning services for clients and assign cleaning crews
• 
  
• Communicate effectively with clients and cleaning crews to ensure timely and efficient service
• 
  
• Monitor cleaning crew progress and adjust schedules as needed
• 
  
• Maintain accurate records of client information and service requests
• 
  
• Provide excellent customer service to clients
• 
  
• Resolve any scheduling conflicts or issues that arise
• 
  

Requirements:

• 
  
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 
  
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or dispatching role
• 
  
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• 
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• 
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• 
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
• 
  
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
•

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary and Benefits:Salary range will be $18.33-$19.57 per hour. Benefits may include health insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings plans.
