This multidisciplinary group of engineers, architects, and product leaders collaborates to build robust platforms for fulfillment, logistics, and seller experience. Their work includes global supply chain integration, marketplace growth, and customer-focused delivery and returns solutions. Utilizing advanced technology, data insights, and domain expertise, the team ensures Walmart Marketplace remains agile, reliable, and ready to expand across new business models and markets, driving operational excellence and sustained growth.What you'll do:

• Define and manage goals, stage gates, and key deliverables for large-scale, cross-functional programs with complex dependencies and resource constraints.
• Lead end-to-end technical solution design, ensuring scalable, modular, and functional architectures aligned with business objectives.
• Drive continuous process improvements, automation, and standardization to increase engineering velocity and reduce overhead.
• Proactively identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve issues to maintain program momentum and delivery timelines.
• Engage and align stakeholders through clear, data-driven communication and influence decision-making across multiple teams.
• Mentor team members on program management best practices, technical design, and effective stakeholder engagement.

What you'll bring:

• Extensive experience in program and project management, including planning, risk mitigation, and delivery of complex, large-scale technical programs.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage dependencies across multiple workstreams and timelines.
• Strong technical expertise in system and software design, cloud infrastructure, and platform architecture.
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement, communication, and negotiation to align priorities and secure commitments.
• Demonstrated capability in process improvement, automation, and driving operational efficiencies.
• Proficient in data-driven decision making, problem solving, and performance metric analysis.
• Experience mentoring team members and fostering best practices in engineering and program execution.
