As a key member of the Supply Chain Team the Distribution 3 role is responsible for executing shipments aligned with department policies providing support to the distribution 1/Facility Lead as assigned.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to create quality, error free shipping documentation.
  • following established procedures/guidelines.
  • Ability to process sales orders/transfer orders/purchase orders
  • Ability to wrap/label materials as needed.
  • Ability to load/unload product.
  • Ability to use RF to scan all transactions executed in the facility.
  • Participate in physical inventory counts.
  • Works diligently to ensure reliable on-time shipment in a dynamic work environment.
  • Perform a variety of projects as they occur and time permits.
  • Highlights potential issues, concerns and opportunities to the Shipping supervisor.
  • Ability to receive inbound transfers/PO’s.
  • Help to keep a clean/safe work environment.
  • Complies with all PPE requirements.

Qualifications

  • Ability to follow established directions/procedures.
  • Knowledge of NetSuite order management process.
  • Dependable team player with a positive mindset.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Standard forklift experience. Clamp lift experience a plus.
  • OSHA 10 certification within 90 days of hire.
  • Ability to use RF technology a plus. Requirement within 60 days.
  • May require occasional or seasonal overtime.
