Distribution Associate 2

Responsible for accurately and efficiently fulfilling customer sales orders.  Perform warehouse and system functions in accordance with cGMPs, SOPs, and customer instructions, utilizing D365 technology. Supply all necessary documentation as dictated by customer.

Perform daily tasks in support of maintaining inventory system compliance with SOP’s and J-SOX which may include leading cycle count process, maintaining physical counts in ERP and generating variance reports.

Perform Shipping functions within the Microsoft Dynamics D365 system to include but not limited to generating daily work assigments, shipping paperwork as well as the processes necessary to generate billing documents.

Provide back-up coverage for several Warehousing functions (Receiving, Material Staging, Label Counting, etc.) and executes other special projects as assigned.  Warehouse expert in RF Smart use and application.

Perform Warehouse associates I & II tasks as necessary. Serve as the Group Leader back-up in times of absence.
