The Distribution Associate is responsible for
• Picking, checking, and packing orders, running shipping lines, and processing orders using various shipping methods.
• Picking orders based on invoices, verifying accuracy, and ensuring correct quantities.
• Packing orders properly, placing heavier items on the bottom, and selecting appropriate materials.
• Using shipping systems accurately to ensure correct shipment.
• Maintaining high productivity and accuracy in all tasks.
• Qualifications include good math skills, flexibility, product knowledge, and effective communication.
• Forklift experience is helpful.
• Minimum of a high school diploma and 1 year of experience required.
• Skills needed include proficiency with Microsoft Office, Warehouse Management Systems, RF guns, and basic computer use.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Reports to the Distribution Manager.
