Work schedule: Mon - Thurs 8:00pm - 6:30am (overnights)

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Distribution Associate to support warehouse and material distribution operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing customer orders, picking and palletizing products, operating warehouse equipment, and ensuring accurate and timely shipments.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders by scanning barcodes, picking cases, and labeling boxes.
• Pick, scan, retrieve, and palletize completed orders.
• Use RF scanners and other warehouse technology to process orders accurately.
• Verify order accuracy and package shipments according to company standards.
• Scan completed pallets and operated shrink-wrap equipment as needed.
• Assist with dock manifest and manual/ground manifestation activities.
• Operate material handling equipment (MHE), including electric pallet jacks, after obtaining required certification.
• Crosstrain in other warehouse positions and provide backup support as needed.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of relevant warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
• Previous experience with material handling equipment (MHE) preferred.
• Ability to obtain electric pallet jack certification.
• Experience using RF scanners is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret distribution and shipping documents.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• General knowledge of warehouse and distribution operations.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, twist, push/pull, grasp, and perform repetitive hand movements.
• Ability to lift up to or over 50 lbs. depending on the work area.
• Occasional climbing may be required.
• Adequate vision and hearing required to safely perform job duties and operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
