Distribution Center Forklift Operations Associate

If you thrive where precision meets pace, this role is your arena. As a Distribution Center Forklift Operations Associate, you will keep goods moving—picking and packing orders, loading trucks, verifying counts, and safeguarding quality—so customers get exactly what they expect, on time.

Your core responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to transport, stage, and load pallets
• Pick, pack, and load orders with a focus on accuracy
• Verify production counts and maintain clean inventory records
• Perform quality checks on outbound items
• Receive, sort, and organize inbound stock to support uninterrupted operations

Work schedule

2-2-3 Schedule

• Day shift: 5:45 AM-6 PM
• Night Shift: 5:45 PM - 6AM

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior forklift or warehouse background preferred
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
• Familiarity with warehouse workflows; forklift licensing or ability to obtain

Compensation and benefits

The hourly pay rate for this role is $22.33 - $29.12. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
