We are looking for a motivated Warehouse General to join our team at our Phoenix Distribution Center. This full-time role involves stocking HVAC parts accurately, following supervisor instructions, and reporting inventory discrepancies.
Responsibilities include quality control on outgoing orders, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, operating equipment safely (forklifts and pallet jacks after training), and adhering to safety procedures and PPE requirements.
Qualifications include 1-2 years of warehouse experience in a high-volume HVAC environment (preferred), a high school diploma (preferred), valid driver’s license, good communication skills, ability to multitask, basic computer skills, and minimum age of 20. Pre-employment drug screening is required.
Physical demands are not listed, but maintaining safety and organization is essential. Other duties may be assigned by the manager.
