Distribution Center Inventory & Shipping Associate

Join our distribution team and keep products moving with accuracy and care. You’ll handle receiving, inventory placement, order picking/packing, and step up as the Warehouse Manager’s backup when needed.

Work Hours

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Role snapshot

• Receive, unload, and inspect inbound shipments—note and report any damage or shortages.
• Place items in proper storage locations and maintain a clean, organized warehouse.
• Pick, pack, and prepare outbound orders while hitting accuracy targets.
• Record all goods movements—both incoming and outgoing—to keep counts reliable.
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle checks.
• Operate sit-down and reach forklifts, plus other warehouse equipment, safely.
• Support leadership: create BOLs, scan pick tickets to the CSR for billing, and handle other duties as deemed necessary.

Must-have capabilities

• Read and write in English confidently.
• Use measuring equipment for shipping tasks.
• Stand or sit for 8-hour shifts.
• Lift at least 50 lbs safely.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and follow safety standards.
• Work well independently and within a team.
