A day in the life in Waverly, OH

Picture your shift starting with the buzz of a newly arrived truck. You greet the delivery, verify what’s inside, and check quality so the right items move forward. With products scanned into the system, you guide them to the correct locations, keeping aisles tidy and organized for the team. Later, you shift gears to pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and speed, double-checking labels and counts before everything ships out on time.

Safety is always part of the routine. You help keep the warehouse clean, follow established procedures, and support your teammates so daily goals are met. As you grow, you’ll learn to operate pallet jacks and forklifts—training is provided—while gaining comfort with basic inventory software. It’s hands-on work in a fast-moving environment, and every task you complete keeps our operation running smoothly.

What you’ll handle

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Organize and store products in assigned warehouse locations.
• Pick and pack orders for shipment with precision and timeliness.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow safety regulations.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
• Work closely with team members to hit daily operational targets.

What helps you thrive

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, not a requirement.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and solid organizational habits.
• Comfort with basic computer use for inventory systems.
• Clear communication and a team-first mindset.
• Curiosity to learn and adapt to new tasks and technologies.
