What you’ll do

• Execute inbound and outbound tasks: receiving, storing, staging, and shipping goods.
• Run warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (forklifts, pallet jacks).
• Keep inventory accurate with routine counts and clear documentation.
• Pick, pack, and label customer orders for timely fulfillment.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized warehouse that supports safe operations.
• Collaborate to meet production goals and daily deadlines.
• Adhere to all safety standards and site procedures.

What you need to succeed

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior warehouse/production exposure is a plus.
• Strength and stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical work.
• Great attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Basic computer literacy for inventory systems.
• Effective communication and a team-first approach.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as required.
