    Looking to apply your warehouse supervisory experience to a purpose-driven, operationally focused and growing warehouse operations team making an impact in the world? The Distribution Center Supervisor oversees diverse material distribution duties to ensure timely and accurate receiving, shipping, inventory and material handling transactions both from an informational (data entry and communication) and a physical handson standpoint. Thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, the Distribution Center Supervisor is responsible for the management & coordination of all distribution activities, operations, and communication with management to ensure conformance to established procedures, and plays an instrumental part in bringing clean, affordable, and modern energy to the world.

    Helps Soligent make a positive impact by:

    Managing daily operations to maximize productivity and meet daily operational goals
    Assuring completion of daily cycle counts and all inbound and outbound warehouse operations
    Coordinating warehouse activities in distribution processes in an effective and efficient manner to satisfy internal and external customer service
    Identifying critical distribution issues and reports them to the appropriate business partners
    Supervising all in- and outbound shipments including but not limited to sorting, logging, delivering, packing, and shipping
    Supervises & audits shipments prior to packing to ensure that goods match the order
    Ensuring that proper equipment, manuals, and accessories are shipped with the correct order
    Managing the preparation of shipping and receiving documentation, ensuring orderly files
    Supervising delivery drivers inclusive of supporting with truck preparation and routing assignments
    Ensuring site compliance with key company standards of safety, facility maintenance, postings/notifications, and other administrative duties as identified
    Implementing company guidelines to create and maintain a safe working environment
    Coordinating the scheduling of daily transportation
    Managing all receiving transactions and paperwork
    Supervising and assisting with the inspections of all incoming freight for damage; follows up with purchasing to resolve any damaged freight issues
    Coordinating with the Soligent team to ensure maintenance of material inventory levels
    Maintaining housekeeping standards and ensures that break room and office space is orderly and organized
    Investigating problems finds root causes and helps develop solutions
    Identifying, documenting, and implementing opportunities for continuous improvement
    Maintaining a working knowledge of all operating systems pertaining to the work area
    Performing other duties as assigned by the manager

    Required Skills/Proficiencies: The DC Supervisor must have the following skills:

    A valid state driver's license is required
    5+ years DC warehouse supervisory experience
    1-3 years inventory control experience
    Active In-depth Excel knowledge
    Proficiency with ERP systems- NetSuite preferred
    Proficiency with WMS systems
    Ability to maintain a commitment to excellence and high standards
    Ability to act as a flexible and innovative contributor
    Ability to operate a Forklift and pass certification (existing certification preferred)
    Demonstrates versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with
    enthusiasm.

    Physical Demands: The DC Supervisor must have the ability

    To load/unload incoming and outgoing shipments in all types of adverse weather conditions.
    To work in an environment in which temperatures may vary and noise level can be moderate to high.
    To hear oral communications by telephone and in person.
    To lift and move a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly without assistance.
    To climb a ladder to a height of at least 20 feet.
    To wear appropriate safety equipment.

    Mental Demands: The DC Supervisor must have the ability
