Job Duties & Responsibilities
Lead and supervise warehouse, shipping, and receiving personnel while managing daily distribution center operations.
Oversee receiving, inventory, warehouse workflow, truck unloading, and material movement to ensure timely and accurate execution.
Coordinate with client managers and Customer Service to address material flow issues, missed shipments, and short shipments.
Establish performance metrics and maintain a clean, safe, productive warehouse environment while supporting special projects and year-end inventory activities.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in Warehouse Management or Materials Management.
Strong understanding of warehouse, inventory, and manufacturing processes.
Proven ability to lead warehouse personnel and manage daily operational activities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Bilingual Spanish/English communication skills.
Experience managing audited year-end inventory activities.
