Distribution Center Worker

Location: Aurora, IL

Pay Rate: $18.84/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Join a growing distribution team where you'll play a key role in shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations. This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals looking for a stable and permanent first-shift position.

Job Duties:

• Assemble mail-back and product kits
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Receive, unload, and inspect inbound materials
• Stock inventory and replenish pick locations
• Use handheld scanners to process shipments
• Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and follow all safety procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment is a plus
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment
• Reliable attendance and commitment to workplace safety
