Distribution Clerk

Location: Santa Fe, NM (Onsite)
Duration: 3 Months with Potential for Permanent Hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM (Possible shift change to 2:00 PM-10:30 PM)

Sigma Systems is seeking Distribution Clerks to support supply chain and inventory operations within a healthcare environment. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with warehouse, inventory, logistics, retail stocking, or medical supply experience who are looking to join a stable organization with long-term potential.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, stock, organize, and distribute supplies and equipment throughout the facility
  • Maintain inventory levels and restock supply carts, stations, and storage locations
  • Pick, pack, and deliver materials based on departmental requests
  • Enter inventory and supply transactions into computer systems accurately
  • Assist with receiving shipments and organizing stockroom inventory
  • Transport equipment and supplies to various departments as needed
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe storage areas
  • Monitor inventory levels and notify leadership of low-stock items
  • Follow all safety, PPE, and infection-control procedures
  • Support overall warehouse and distribution operations as assigned

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum six months of experience in warehouse, inventory, distribution, retail stocking, logistics, central supply, or a medical environment preferred
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software applications
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to lift, move, and transport supplies throughout the workday
  • Valid New Mexico Driver's License preferred

Additional Information

  • EPIC experience is helpful but not required
  • No on-call responsibilities
  • Uniform provided after orientation
  • State of New Mexico fingerprinting required for all non-licensed contractors
