About the Role

Sigma Systems is hiring a Distribution Clerk to support hospital supply and inventory operations in Santa Fe, NM. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates with warehouse, inventory, retail, or supply chain experience looking to transition into a healthcare environment.

If you have experience with stocking, picking/packing, inventory control, or logistics, this is a great opportunity to grow into a long-term healthcare role.


Schedule

  • Monday – Friday
  • 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Potential shift change: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Distribute medical supplies and equipment across hospital departments
  • Perform inventory control, restocking, and replenishment of supply carts
  • Pick, pack, and deliver supplies based on requisitions
  • Maintain accurate records using computer systems (EPIC or similar)
  • Support receiving, stocking, and warehouse operations
  • Ensure proper handling, cleaning, and organization of supplies and equipment
  • Follow PPE and safety protocols when handling medical equipment
  • Maintain a clean and organized storeroom
  • Assist with emergency and special supply orders

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 6+ months of warehouse, inventory, retail, or supply experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills (data entry, inventory systems, or EMR like EPIC is a plus)
  • Ability to lift, move, and organize supplies in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Valid driver’s license preferred

Preferred Experience (Not Required)

  • Hospital, medical supply, or central supply experience
  • Experience with inventory management systems or EMR (EPIC)
  • Knowledge of PPE and safety procedures

Dress Code

  • Black top and pants for orientation
  • Uniform provided after onboarding
