Job Summary:

Seeking a Distribution Coordinator to support warehouse operations by receiving, inspecting, replenishing, packaging, and shipping surgical instruments and implants while maintaining inventory accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1+ year of warehouse, distribution, inventory control, or shipping/receiving experience
• Experience with packaging, shipping, receiving, and inventory management
• Ability to verify part numbers, lot numbers, and shipping documentation
• Inventory replenishment and cycle counting experience
• Basic MS Office and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities:

• Package and ship surgical products and implants
• Receive, inspect, and restock inventory
• Prepare shipping documents and verify orders
• Maintain inventory records and perform cycle counts
• Ensure compliance with FDA and ISO 13485 standards

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
