Key Responsibilities
- Schedule, process, and audit clinical supply orders based on client requests.
- Coordinate and dispatch shipments of clinical trial materials to various sites.
- Collaborate with Project Management to define study-specific distribution needs.
- Audit and manage order folders for accuracy and compliance.
- Run reports to coordinate workflow and ensure timely order processing.
- Maintain communication with distribution teams to resolve operational issues.
- Support international order processing and documentation preparation.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and GMP requirements for clinical supplies.
Requirements
- High School Degree with 2-4 years of relevant industry experience.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- High-level attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand and process written and verbal instructions effectively.
Preferences
- Associates Degree.
- Experience in distribution and supply chain management.
