  • Coordinate and dispatch shipments of clinical trial materials to various sites.
  • Collaborate with Project Management to define study-specific distribution needs.
  • Audit and manage order folders for accuracy and compliance.
  • Run reports to coordinate workflow and ensure timely order processing.
  • Maintain communication with distribution teams to resolve operational issues.
  • Support international order processing and documentation preparation.
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs and GMP requirements for clinical supplies.

Requirements

  • High School Degree with 2-4 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • High-level attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to understand and process written and verbal instructions effectively.

Preferences

  • Associates Degree.
  • Experience in distribution and supply chain management.
