Distribution Customer Service Representative- 1st Shift
Hours: Sunday-Wednesday (6am-4:30pm)
Pay: $18.50/hour

Overview:
- We're hiring a Customer Service Representative to support our distribution team by processing customer orders, coordinating shipments, and providing excellent customer service.

Job Duties:
- Process customer orders and respond to inquiries.
- Coordinate shipments and expedite urgent orders.
- Prepare shipping documents and verify invoices.
- Track shipments and provide customer updates.
- Maintain order, inventory, and account records.
- Communicate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely service.

Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Basic typing and 10-key data entry skills.
- Experience with UPS/FedEx shipping software preferred.
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
