- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including significant experience in controllership, financial reporting, planning, or operational finance.
- 5+ years of leadership experience within a complex, multi-site organization.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SOX, internal controls, and financial reporting requirements.
- Demonstrated experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and business performance management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business partnership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with and influence senior leaders.
- Experience working in a manufacturing, aerospace, industrial, or similarly complex environment preferred.
- CPA, CMA, MBA, or other relevant professional certification preferred.
- Experience with Oracle or other large ERP systems and financial reporting tools preferred.

This role is responsible for ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, overseeing planning and forecasting activities, and providing financial insight to support business decisions. The role will partner closely with division leadership, Corporate Finance, functional leaders, and site finance teams to drive financial performance, compliance, consistency, and continuous improvement across the organization.
