DTC Workforce Programs is seeking Distribution Employees to join our facility in Phoenix, AZ. As a Distribution Employee, you will support the DC in the forms of picking, packing, warehousing, and shipping product or merchandise to individual consumers or clients.
Exceptional candidates will display a high level of energy, dedication, communication, and be a team player. Often times associates will be working with limited to no supervision and must be able to learn quickly and perform job duties accurately.

- Ability to work alone and remain on task
- Maintain excellent attendance
- Communicate effectively
- Follow all safety procedures
- Maintain and assist keeping the facility clean
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time
