Distribution Engineering Manager

Responsibilities 

• Direct/facilitate the design ofdistribution (
• Ensure client standards and applicable designcodes/specifications are met
• Manage drawing development workflows andCAD-based design operations, ensuring alignment with project goals, qualitybenchmarks, and team performance 
• Mentor/train junior staff to promote teamgrowth, skill development, and knowledge transfer 
• Ensure QA/QC standards for the department tomanage risk, and ensure quality outcomes
• Build/maintain client relationships to ensure long-termpartnerships and meet business goals 
• Manage tasks between multiple departments to optimize taskexecution across teams, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget targets are met/exceeded 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanical or electricalengineering or engineering technology.
• 10+ years of experience
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) 
• Proficient AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Line DesignSoftwares (O-Calc, SPIDAcalc, or DDS) 
• Experience designing electrical distributionphysical structures, routing, equipment specifications, and wiring
• Ability to comprehend/interpret safetycodes, utility standards and regulations 
• Expert-level analytical and organizationalskills with a focus on solving problems that impact quality, budget,and risk
• Ability to manage cross-functionalcollaboration, align teams, and ensure project success across disciplines 
• Exceptional communication skills

Salary is commensurate with experience.
