Our mission is simple: keep product flowing safely, accurately, and on time. As a Distribution Material Handling Equipment Operator, you’ll be central to that mission—powering the movement of goods across receiving, storage, and shipping.

Your impact

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment with precision and care.
• Unload inbound freight, load outbound trailers, and service storage areas.
• Position materials in designated zones to support production and distribution needs.
• Conduct pre-/post-operation inspections and basic upkeep of forklifts.
• Uphold safety standards and site protocols consistently.
• Maintain accurate, timely records of inventory movement.
• Coordinate with teammates to remove bottlenecks and maintain flow.
• Contribute to an organized, efficient warehouse layout.

Core requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (High School / GED).
• Valid forklift operator certification.
• Proven forklift experience in warehouse or industrial operations.
• Detail orientation with a strong safety focus.
• Physical ability to lift and handle heavy materials.
• Team communication skills and reliability.
• Basic computer proficiency for inventory tasks.
• Shop math capability for counts and measures.
