Join our team in Middletown, Ohio as a Distribution Operations Specialist on 3rd shift (9pm-6pm). You’ll be the link between our warehouse and our customers—making sure products move accurately, safely, and on time in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

A Day in the Life

You arrive ready to set the pace. You scan priority orders, coordinate the flow of shipping and receiving with warehouse teammates, and keep a close eye on inventory to prevent both shortages and overages. Throughout the night you log activity in our distribution software, track shipments, and keep clean records. You communicate across departments to quickly resolve any hiccups, maintain safety and policy standards, and lend a hand training new team members so they can excel.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee nightly distribution activities to achieve timely, accurate deliveries.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to streamline shipping and receiving.
• Monitor stock levels and support inventory control to avoid discrepancies.
• Use distribution software to track shipments and maintain documentation.
• Partner with teammates and other departments to resolve issues quickly.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new team members.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in logistics/supply chain is a plus.
• Experience in distribution or logistics preferred.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
• Comfort working independently and collaborating with a team.
• Proficiency with distribution software and Microsoft Office.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks as needed.

Schedule & Location

3rd shift, 9pm-6pm, based in Middletown, Ohio.
