Distribution Order Picker

Our client, a leading organization in the distribution and logistics industry, is seeking a Distribution Order Picker​ to join their team. As a Distribution Order Picker​, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the distribution team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Distribution Order Picker​

Location: Richmond, VA

Pay Range: $17.60

Shift: 8:00am - 4:30pm

What's the Job?

• Pick, stack, label, and distribute products within the warehouse
• Transport materials from picking areas to designated locations
• Sort and place materials on pallets or bakery dollies according to specified sequences
• Load and unload bread trays from trucks safely and efficiently
• Utilize RF scanning and voice picking equipment to ensure accurate order fulfillment

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or GED equivalent or relevant experience
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and meet productivity goals
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform manual tasks
• Strong attention to safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
• Criminal background checks including SSN trace, county, sanctions, sex offender, and nationwide searches
