Your Job

The Distribution Planner is responsible for coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, aligning warehouse priorities, and ensuring timely material flow to meet customer expectations. This role partners closely with buyers, coordinators, customer service, and warehouse teams to create visibility around daily plans, capacity, bandwidth, and order fulfillment needs.

This role will support our Hudson distribution center.

What You Will Do

  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with the global planner to ensure timely, accurate material flow.
  • Set and communicate the daily warehouse plan, aligning resources with business priorities and customer needs.
  • Monitor key metrics to plan, prioritize, and adjust daily workload.
  • Control and optimize material flow to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
  • Plan and oversee daily picking, packing, and order fulfillment operations.
  • Meet on-time shipping and receiving targets with minimal errors or delays.
  • Ensure the warehouse team understands daily priorities and has the resources needed to execute.
  • Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks in material flow.
  • Use data and metrics to drive continuous improvement across warehouse operations.
  • Promote accountability, safety, and teamwork within the warehouse.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Experience utilizing SAP or related system
  • Ability to work in Excel, Outlook, Microsoft systems
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
