Distribution Production Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily operations in a fast-paced automotive production and warehouse environment. This role is responsible for supervising employees, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met, maintaining workplace safety, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.


Schedule: Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM - 1:30 AM, with mandatory Saturdays as needed based on customer demand.

Pay Rate: $33.65 - $36.06 / hour


Duties:


+ Supervise and support department employees daily.

+ Schedule resources to meet production and customer requirements.

+ Train, coach, and develop employees, including ride-along evaluations and certifications.

+ Conduct audits to ensure SOP compliance and quality standards.

+ Monitor inventory levels and coordinate vehicle processing and shipments.

+ Handle employee relations matters, including coaching, disciplinary actions, and investigations.

+ Investigate accidents and complete corrective actions as needed.

+ Review and approve timekeeping in Kronos.

+ Maintain safety, productivity, and efficiency standards.

+ Communicate effectively with management, HR, quality teams, and customers.

Position Requirements:


+ 3-5 years of supervisory experience with a strong employee relations background.

+ Experience in manufacturing, assembly line, automotive, or warehouse operations.

+ Knowledge of SOP, MRP, TQM, JIT, Kaizen, 5S, and visual management principles.

+ Strong Microsoft Office and database skills.

+ Valid driver's license required.

+ Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.

+ Must be able to walk, stand, bend, squat, kneel, climb, lift, push, and pull throughout the shift.


Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 50 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $33.65 - $36.06 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
