Job Description
We are seeking a Distribution Regional Sales Manager (RSM) - West to service and grow business within our network of agents and distributors in the Western region of the United States. The RSM will promote and sell Fulham products through our network of manufacturer representatives, electrical wholesalers, and distributors. The RSM will work from their home office and travel extensively within the United States.
- Maintain and service the region’s key accounts and business
- Develop and grow new Distribution relationships
- Make sales calls, conduct product training, and provide account management within the region
- Support new product launches, communications, and trainings
- Market research - provide recommendations for new products and suggestions for improvement
- Prepare and submit accurate sales and product forecasts from agents and distributors
- Maintain sales pipeline, client and prospect database using CRM (Zoho)
- Represent Fulham at industry events and conferences
Requirements
- Proven ability to sell and ability to build new relationships
- Data driven – ability to analyze data and turn into actions. Proficient with data analytics and use of CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills (virtual/in-person)
- Ability to travel to any region in the United States
- Technical industry knowledge preferred (lighting and/or electrical)
- A solid grounding in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM (Zoho)
