    Description

    • You will lead and manage the LGUS Distribution Safety Program with minimal supervision
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve distribution safety performance
    • Identify leading safety indicators and leverage technology to enhance safety outcomes
    • Further, you will serve as the primary subject matter expert and point of contact for distribution safety
    • Partner with regional safety and distribution teams to develop and deliver training programs
    • Lead the creation, implementation, and continuous improvement of distribution safety standards
    • Analyze safety data, identify trends, and execute corrective action plans
    • Support deployment of distribution-related technology and operational improvements across regions
    • And you will ensure compliance with DOT regulations, company policies, and industry standards
    • Conduct safety assessments at distribution sites and evaluate contractor safety performance
    • You wills upport accident and incident investigations, including root cause analysis and reporting
    • Also, you will provide technical expertise on DOT and international transportation regulations
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Global SHEQ, GOE, Procurement, and Helium & Rare Gas teams in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico
    • Drive a proactive safety culture focused on risk reduction, compliance, and continuous improvement
