Description
You will lead and manage the LGUS Distribution Safety Program with minimal supervision
Develop and implement strategies to improve distribution safety performance
Identify leading safety indicators and leverage technology to enhance safety outcomes
Further, you will serve as the primary subject matter expert and point of contact for distribution safety
Partner with regional safety and distribution teams to develop and deliver training programs
Lead the creation, implementation, and continuous improvement of distribution safety standards
Analyze safety data, identify trends, and execute corrective action plans
Support deployment of distribution-related technology and operational improvements across regions
And you will ensure compliance with DOT regulations, company policies, and industry standards
Conduct safety assessments at distribution sites and evaluate contractor safety performance
You wills upport accident and incident investigations, including root cause analysis and reporting
Also, you will provide technical expertise on DOT and international transportation regulations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Global SHEQ, GOE, Procurement, and Helium & Rare Gas teams in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico
Drive a proactive safety culture focused on risk reduction, compliance, and continuous improvement
