DISTRIBUTION SUPERVISOR
NIGHT SHIFT | 4-DAY WORKWEEK | $64,327.67-$80,000 TARGET RANGE | UP TO 5% BONUS

E.A. Sween is hiring a hands-on Distribution Supervisor to lead overnight delivery operations. This is not a desk-only management role. You will lead and develop route drivers, oversee route execution and fleet readiness, solve real-time delivery issues, and step in to drive trucks and run routes when needed.

SCHEDULE
- Night shift
- 4-day workweek
- Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday
- Flexibility required to support routes and operations as needed
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead, coach, and develop route drivers and driver leads
- Manage daily route execution, staffing, and delivery performance
- Ensure routes leave on time and deliveries stay on schedule
- Monitor route performance and address service issues quickly
- Oversee fleet readiness, vehicle cleanliness, and operational needs
- Step in to drive trucks and cover local routes when needed
- Conduct route audits and improve driver performance
- Reinforce DOT, HACCP, FSMA, and company safety standards
- Investigate incidents and support corrective action
- Build accountability while maintaining a respectful team culture
- Partner with customers and resolve delivery concerns
- Make fast, sound decisions in a high-volume overnight operation
WHAT YOU NEED
- 1-2+ years of supervisory experience in delivery, transportation, warehouse, or logistics operations
- Previous professional driving experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card
- Experience coaching employees and holding teams accountable
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must pass required physical exam, background check, and drug screen
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Repeatedly lift up to 75 lbs.
- Push/pull up to 300 lbs. using a dolly or drag hook
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Frequent bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, and standing
COMPENSATION
Target hiring range: $64,327.67-$80,000 annually.
This Grade 13 position has a full pay range of $64,327.67-$96,545.96 and is eligible for an incentive bonus of up to 5% of annual salary. Final pay is based on experience, skills, internal equity, and available budget.
