Distribution Supervisor (Nights)

Coke Florida is looking for a Distribution Supervisor based out of our Orlando location, working 2:00PM until Finish, Tuesday-Saturday.

What You Will Do:As a Coke Florida Distribution Supervisor, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient distribution of product and management of drivers within a specific territory in Orlando.Roles and Responsibilities:

Staff, train, evaluate and develop team membersEnsure adherence to delivery standards, efficiencies, and regulatory requirementsManages drivers' delivery schedules and hours workedEstablish and maintain positive customer relationships, resolve customer issuesServe as liaison between distribution and salesManage and audit team members' timekeepingManage within labor and OPEX budget

For this role, you will need:

High school diploma or GED1+ years of experience in consumer products/direct store deliveryRequires experience managing people/budgetsFamiliarity with DOT regulationsValid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines

Additional qualifications that will make you successful in this role:

Intermediate computer and database application skillsBachelor's degree preferred1+ years supervising distribution/delivery staff preferredCDL A license preferred
