You will support Distribution Management by leading safety communications, providing driver coaching, and delivering corrective feedback to improve performance
You will conduct customer site surveys, clearly communicate findings, and recommend actionable improvements to enhance safety and operations
Ensure compliance with Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports by reviewing submissions, following up on issues, and maintaining accurate documentation
You will plan and facilitate driver safety meetings, track attendance, and manage follow-up actions to reinforce safety standards
Additionally, train third-party drivers on quality assurance programs through ride-alongs, observations, and hands-on coaching
