In this role, you will
- resolve user system issues and ensure timely support,
- manage system implementations, upgrades, and warehouse conversions,

Requirements include a - 4-year degree or equivalent experience,
- 3-4 years of distribution industry experience,
- proficiency in PC applications and system support,
- and
- preferably, experience with Red Prairie systems. The role demands independent work, strong problem-solving, communication skills, and a focus on supporting lifecycle management of systems.
