Distribution Team Lead 2Nd Shift (M-F)

The Distribution Team Lead supports day-to-day distribution center operations and helps keep the team on track to meet production and shipping goals. Working closely with DC leadership, this role provides hands-on support across receiving, picking, packing, replenishment, and shipping while helping coordinate workflow, train team members, and maintain a safe and organized work environment.

What You'll Do:

• Monitor conveyor and picking activity to maintain consistent product flow and prevent backlogs.
• Monitor replenishment, picking, and put-away processes throughout the shift.
• Help coordinate staffing across departments based on workload and operational needs.
• Partner with other Team Leads and DC leadership to support workflow throughout the distribution center.
• Assist with coordinating team break and lunch schedules.
• Help track attendance, including late arrivals and early departures.
• Support Ecommerce and Retail fulfillment, including Put to Store (PTS) and Put to Wall (PTW) processes.
• Process waves and prepare and distribute work to the floor.
• Research discrepancies and help identify where operational errors occurred.
• Separate will-call and truck shipments from standard carrier shipments and palletize orders as needed.
• Track air and overnight shipments to ensure orders meet required carrier cutoff times.
• Identify process issues or team member performance concerns and communicate them to DC leadership.
• Use pallet jacks, carts, and other equipment to move orders to packing, shipping, and staging areas.
• Train team members on department processes, procedures, and expectations.
• Support 5S and continuous process improvement initiatives.

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience working in a high-volume distribution or warehouse environment.
• Experience supporting or leading team members in a distribution environment preferred.
• Familiarity with RF units and warehouse management systems (WMS) is highly desirable.
• Basic computer skills, including the ability to access production reports and inventory records.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with team members and leadership.
• Ability to prioritize work and adapt to changing operational needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on approach and willingness to support the team wherever needed to meet daily goals.

Pay Range: $23.80-$27.00 per hour
