Addison Bay is seeking a motivated and dependable Distribution & Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. This is an entry-level position perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in accuracy, and wants to be part of a collaborative, high-energy workplace.

This is a physically active role that involves standing for extended periods and lifting boxes up to 30 pounds. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new skills.

Key Responsibilities:
\n
\n
Pick, pack, and ship ecommerce and wholesale orders accurately and efficiently.
\n
Assist with inventory counts and maintain an organized warehouse space.
\n
Process returns and help prepare products for restocking or resale.
\n
Support event logistics, store replenishment, and product launches.
\n
Work closely with team members to meet daily shipping deadlines and maintain high order accuracy.
\n
Use basic warehouse systems and tools to track inventory and orders (training provided).
\n
Occasionally assist customer service by packaging replacement items or handling simple order adjustments.
\n

What We’re Looking For:

Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
\n
Detail-oriented and able to follow processes accurately.
\n
Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 30 pounds.
\n
Eager to learn and open to feedback.
\n
Previous warehouse or retail experience is a plus, but not required — we provide training.

Full-time or Part-time hourly position based in Philadelphia, PA (on-site up to 5 days/week).
\n
