Distribution Worker

Location: Coldwater, MI
Pay: Starting at $21.65/hour
Schedule: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available. Monday–Friday. Must be available for overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

What You'll Do

• Pick, pack, and load bakery products for shipment.
• Move products using pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment.
• Check products for quality and report issues.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Work with the team to meet shipping deadlines.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Reliable attendance and a stable work history.
• Warehouse, manufacturing, food production, or distribution experience is helpful.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly on a repetitive basis
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
