Job Description: Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and collaboration both in and outside of the workplace

Act as the liaison and support to the District Administrator, Principal, staff, students, parents, as well as members of the Board of Education, and community members positively and collaboratively

Scheduling, coordinating, budget development, and clerical functions the District Administrator may assign

Attends meetings as assigned by the District Administrator

Reports to the District Administrator any developments or problems requiring awareness or action

Maintain Personnel Records, including employee licensure records

Manage all aspects of staff absences and attendance software

Organize and prepare Board and committee meetings, agendas, minutes, and public notices as required by law

Manage and maintain Board Policy Manual

Organize and process all Board Election candidate paperwork, canvassing, and election paperwork

Manage and administer all WISEData

Complete and post State reports in a timely and accurate manner

Manage, verify, and process new enrollment applications, existing files, and withdrawn student's registration

Organize and manage school-wide registration dates and paperwork

Coordinate and update school supply list

Coordinate with bus company on student bus routes, Alternate Bus Route forms, and AHS classes

Maintain accurate, up-to-date Special Education records

Project, manage, and report enrollment class sizes and open seats for open enrollment applications

Manage and update communication in district-wide communication system

Coordinate substitutes and maintain personal and licensure data in Frontline

Ability to use effective time management, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.

Hours: 7:15 am to 3:45 pm

Days: Full Time, Year Round

Noteworthy: seeking a candidate with a background in Human Resources, but not required.
